Building Survey Leicester RICS

Structural Survey  - RICS Building Survey (Level 3)

The Building Survey (Level 3) is the most in depth and extensive report we provide compared to the the RICS Condition Report (Level 1) and the RICS Homebuyer Report (Level 2).

Chesterton Smart would suggest that the Building Survey (Level 3) is most appropriate when considering purchasing older properties (80 years old plus) or buildings with material or significant damage.

Our Building Survey will give an in-depth and understandable description of any defects and suitable and available remedies.

This type of report will include as much additional information as possible to ensure that you are fully informed and obtaining optimal value.
