The Building Survey (Level 3) is the most in depth and extensive report we provide compared to the the RICS Condition Report (Level 1) and the RICS Homebuyer Report (Level 2).

Chesterton Smart would suggest that the Building Survey (Level 3) is most appropriate when considering purchasing older properties (80 years old plus) or buildings with material or significant damage.

 

Our Building Survey will give an in-depth and understandable description of any defects and suitable and available remedies.

What is the turnaround time period to receive the survey?

Following the survey inspection having been carried out our target is provide your RICS Building Survey (Level 3) within five to seven working days.

A copy of the report will be sent to you via email as a PDF document. We can also email a copy direct to your Legal Adviser if required.
